Hi mms.

I can see that you are learning html and css. It is fun and exciting to learn how to build web pages. congratulations on your new adventure.

You are using tables and css positioning to create your layouts. This is not a good combination. At times we may have a need to put a table in a div that has absolute positioning, but it never works the other way.

Your best bet is to learn more about css, and stop using tables. If you do not have the time to learn css, then do not use it until you can.

It is not a mix and match thing. You need to either use tables, or css for positioning... (You can still use css for text decorations if you use tables for positioning..)
