Removal of index.html and all files, before I upload/update webpages via ftp - I had applied a code directly to my index.html and uploaded accompanied swf.file. I then removed the said code and swf.file a few days later as I was experiencing web page/s problems when using wysiwyg..editor, when modifying individual pages and saving the changes. I previewed these page/s and this symbol was everywhere on page/s - ÂÂÂ.  Using cpanel, I then went into edit file and manually removed each of these symbols, and other web pages that these symbols appeared.
Please, can some1 asist me to eliminate this reoccurrance on my web pages.
 Removal of all files from public_html, maybe my last resort and upload the backup copy/
Would gratefully appreciate any assistance.
