My font won't change from Times New Roman to Verdana, i don't know why, in fact - it won't change to any font.

In your CSS, you do not have any fonts specified. In the styles where you want the font specified, you need to add font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif;

I have tried that but it does not work...

{color: #336699;
font-size: 14px;
font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif;
}

You need to add a selector to it though.

Add the font-family line into the 'body' properties in your CSS.
