Ok, i got a website...And on that site, im offering free websites. For clans, and just personal sites. But i just got one question about that.

How can i do, so the guy im making the site for, can edit the page from HIS computer. I mean, when Im making a page for me, I can edit the page easy. With "dreamweaver". But the guy I am making it for, dont have DW.

So, my question is =

How can a other guy post news and updates on the front page? Without opening the site in Dreamweaver. Can I use a code for that. Or just a blog?

You may want to look at CMS (Content Management Systems) and designing the site to integrate with the CMS as a backend for inserting content, etc.

You could write such a thing for your sites too, but I think you'll have a lot to learn.

i can think of a few sceanerios with minimal codeing...
1) use SSI, and have all the "Editable text spots" on the site, in text files in a seperate folder
---- here, the user can just ftp and just edit text pags and reupload them with a free ftp app, or IE 6..

2) minimal coding using cgi/perl or php..... to write and open to a file or DB... it doesnt have to be all flashy, as long as it saves to file/db
