The problem I have is that when the site is viewed with firefox - the bg in the main iframe once loaded:

In Firefox the reload is invisible when you go from one link to another one - meaning doesn't look like it is reloading but in IE you see the bg reload everytime.

Is there a way to fix this problem.

Also I have limited knowledge so whatever info that is given must be detailed please.

As you have limited knowledge, by your own claim, perhaps it is worth stressing that ALL web browsers display web pages differently. This is the nature of HTML, don't try fighting it.

Instead of trying to ensure uniformity across an infinite platform of viewport dimensions, screen resolutions and browser idiosyncracies, concentrate instead on ensuring web pages look "okay" across variations. To this end, simplicity is best and most portable.

I agree. I looked at the page in IE and FF, I saw no page reload problem in either.
