Ok i know iframes arnt great but on this occasion i need them, right my problem on my main page which the iframe is in i click a link in the iframe and loads the new page in the iframe, how do i load the new page on to the main page?

I believe you need to use target=_top in your links, altho' I could be wrong as it's been a long time since I've used iframes

target="_top" or target="_blank" in your <a href tag should fix the problemo

for example

<a href="http://www.whatever.com" target="_blank">linky dink</a>
