Compare the following two pages:

http://www.pax-tsukuru.com/

http://www.pax-tsukuru.com/members.html

Why is the logo up top more to the left on the members page?

The div IDs you're looking for are "earth" and "banner".

The browser I'm using currently is Firefox 1.5.0.3, but all FF versions have this issue.

One page uses table layout and another uses table layout.

It's too low because you are pushing it down .. top: 204px !

You might want to read this tutorial on positioning:
http://www.barelyfitz.com/screencast...s/positioning/

Everything does NOT need to be positioned and really should NOT be. Use the normal document flow and position were NECESSARY.

I asked why it's farther to the left, not down.

They're positioned the way they are as shown on the homepage to imitate an "interface"-style unorthodox layout.

It's the vertical scrollbar. The members page is long enough to need a scrollbar, the home page is not. The scrollbar is 20px or so wide. If you don't want any jumping, you'll have to narrow your content to just less than the page MINUS the scrollbar width.

But shouldn't that not be the cause on larger screen resolutions?

I'm working on a 1600x1200 monitor and I see the jumping.

YOU may be on 1600x1200, but most people won't be using such a high resolution. If the content is long enough to scroll vertically it WILL get a scrollbar, even at your eye straining resolution.
