Layers Moving on Me! Using from Template

I am using a website template and I am inserting some flash into it. Everything looks fine unless I change the size of the browser window. When I change the size of the browser window the layer with the inserted flash moves out of place. What am I missing? Is there a way to lock the layer with the flash into place? Im using Dreamweaver and Frontpage.

Thanks

Dreamweaver AND FP ? WHY? FP is not going to solve your problem.

It would help if we could see your code and the CSS, otherwise I can't rely on my crystal ball

Sounds like your flash file is bigger than your layer.
I second LadynRed's emotion.

Just resize your flash in the HTML portion to less than that of the CSS layer.
I had the same problem: http://www.mbproductions2000inc.com, but it was quickly remedied when I resized it.
