When i try to goto my site i get a 403 error

i think i might have messed up my permsions but i dont know how to fix it

Did you upload a default document? index.html, for example.

yes but it is index.php

I get the 403 on all pages

Try upload plain html e.g. index.htm and see if is working or not. If is not then it is best to ask host support for problem.

what permission does your public_html folder have?
if you chmod a folder 0700, you will get that error.
do you have an .htaccess file? try renaming it to htaccess.txt and see if that helps.
