First of all i am new to this site want to say hello 
I have a website and i am a little concerned by the amount of errors that i am getting in my "Error log" file via my CPanel. I have tried asking my hosting company to help me but they are just useless, so i thought i would ask for help here.
I have accessed my homepage or any other page, and occasionally i am getting either 404 or 500.shtml error pages appear, i have to refresh the page(s) several times before the page will actually show up. I have all my index.htm pages in the right place and i also have a sub-domain with an index.php file.
I have pasted the errors from my error file below and was wondering if anybody else here knows about this "Couldn't spawn child process" error.
