Does anybody know where i can find a database or service (SOAP etc) that can retrieve location information by:

Continent > Country > Province > Town

Ie: Selecting Africa returns all the countries within Africa etc..

I don't understend what do you mean. Do you want retrieve IP, domain or what?

I mean a dropdown box with continents: asia,europe, africa etc..

Then i choose Europe and I get a second dropdown with the countries: UK, France, Germany etc...

Then I get a dropdown box with the provinces for that country. etc etc

There is at least the countries drop down. This at least gets you started.
