what you mean by they are blucked?

I mean when i type the web name in the browser and press Enter it will not open the site because the I.T. department blucked some sites........ see that i work in the company

Find the proxies people used and block them as well <insert evil laugh>

there is probably a VERY good reason for blocking sites at your work like....
