i'm not sure this is the right place to post my questions as i'm new here.

i'm a graphic designer who's not code savvy, i basically put all my design in dreamweaver together with css. the layouts are perfectly shown in internet explorer, but become mess in firefox.

i've validated both html & css with this test file, the layout still looks bad in firefox...

I got the same problem before, and some are still not solved yet. It's better test your pages in Firefox during the design process. Firefox strictly meets W3C standards, while IE and Dreamweaver not. If you go a W3C check, you can find that a site designed by DW and tested in IE with no problem will have a lot errors or warning in the W3C validation result.

How about you post your CSS and HTML so we can see what's going on.
