Hey guys i see every1 talking abt screen resolutions...fluid layout n how a site/layout created in 780x600 shuld fit a resoultion of 1280x780...i even went thru some of the site mentioned but i wasnt still able to understand...so if u dont mind can you bear with me here.......

ok all that said here is my problem i created the layout (780x600) for my site in photoshop n imagerdy i mean the entire layout is in like one file....its like in a squaare format...with the center blank for de html pages i managed doin tat by puting a frame n i believe a frame should be able to display HTML pages......

now whn i transfer the file to dreamweaver i find that the entire layout is made in a table.....dont know why but it is....thr a like a 50 rows n columns...n all images.......now how do i make this layout fixed at 800x600 but fluid or adapt to anythin above tat...do i use CSS or Make a % change in width of Table or even worse all the rows n column....can u either provide me a link on how to acheive this .... or if possible explain in breif wat i got to do....on both CSS n HTML...Thanks

If your creating whole pages in photoshop I don't think there is any way to add percentages or create a fluid design. If you want to use css only then you need to create your pages directly into a web-design package (e.g dreamweaver) or a just a simple text editor. Not only does photoshop generate tables it generates bad code with the table. Code soon to be fazed out.
I've only just finished my first CSS based site. http://www.mintinit.com. It was easier than I thought.

It would be nice if you used ENGLISH in your post, I hate having to translate text-messaging slang !

The ONLY thing that PS/ImageReady knows how to do is output bad code in tables. Learn to hand-code properly and you won't have to rely on this sort of thing.

To learn fluid layouts, I suggest you read thru the following resource:

Use photoshop to design the layout at your resolution, then develop the design (slices) by using CSS / HTML.
