Im going to be making a myspace website, so people can get layouts from and so, and i would like to make something like this for exanple:

http://mygen.co.uk/index.php?page=ge...ion=commentbox

Like, a long code, when people write in the box, the code automaticly changes, so all they have to do is copy the code, and put it onto there profile, how exactly should i do this?

sorry if I sound like i'm blowing you off with this but if you're fairly new to webdesign and coding which it sounds like you are since you're asking for a starting point a project like this is going to be to indepth for you and you should start with something a bit easier...

Yeah, you'll need an understanding of Javascript in order to make this happen... Or PHP if you want them to submit the form and then their custom code shows up after submitting.

If you're looking to do what the site that you referenced does, you'll need Javascript.
