I am using Dreamweaver 8 and I have been having this problem:

When I go to page properties and edit the link preferences, I want them to be a gray color and with rollover orange and only to show the underline on the rollover. However, the only way the rollover color works is if I leave the rest of the settings at default (blue link), the underline only on rollover works in no case, and if I define a link color the rollover does not work, tested in Firefox.

Now my page is pretty heavily CSS driven, I am wondering if I am encountering a conflict there, what do you all think?

do you code or just use dreamweaver as a wysiwyg?

At the bottom You'll see Page Properties.

Go there and change Links properties (colour, hover, blabla...).

Thats what I was changing, my problem is that when I edit them there, much or all of what I specify does not work.

I kept playing around with it, and I just put the CSS for the font style at the top of the sheet and that changed it all so it worked. Thanks for the help.
