I designed this site in Dreamweaver 8:
http://www.photoshopfx.0catch.com

The navigation buttons roll over very well in Opera but not in IE?

Do I have to configure my site in DW8 to run on IE, if so how?

I don't find any trouble with site and code. It works in IE as good as it is in opera and firefox. Which version IE to do use?

Could what I'm experiencing be due to either:

* The server is slow ( I connect through a 512k ADSL line)
* I have too many graphics on a single page

Thank you for your responses.

It is possible that connection speed plays a part since your rollovers are graphics. Are you pre-loading the graphics used for the rollovers ?

Rollovers are working fine for me as well.

What puzzles me though is the point of it all. The "Advanced Effects" you are describing are so advanced that any IT literate person can do them wihout tutorials in 2 days spent playing with Photoshop in a much easier way.

If you are serious about what you are doing, you should try forums dedicated to graphics and design with Photoshop and others. When you get passed the beginner phase, go back to web-design and we'll try to help you as well.
