I am trying to design a snippet where you can select Bill me, and then a group of requested information appears, and if they select credit card, the bill me section disappears and the credit card information appears. If they re-select bill me out of some user error, I want the credit card information to disappear and the billing information to re-appear. Any Ideas or sites that can tutorialize me in this area?

The PHP Forum could maybe help you? I've never seen anything like that done in pure HTML.

the visual part can be done in javascript and xhtml but the sending of the form will have to be handled by ASP or PHP

Yeah that part's done, my boss just wants an add on, I just need to know how to set this up, I can set the variables in both the email form and the online form. I just am not sure how it's done.

I think cookies would be what you need. Setting cookies to expire after a certain time would make the content disappear if I'm not mistaken.
