Technical Question with HTML

I am in the process of redoing my site, Reviewmasteronline.com. I originally programmed the site with Frontpage, but will be programming by hand with dreamweaver and html. My question, is there anyway to program the site with Dreamweaver and not break my old links setup by frontpage? What is the process to do this if possible? I greatly appreciate all the help, and I look forward to showing off my new revamped and originally programmed site.

Just use the same file and folder names. Links identify a document; you only want to change what's inside of it.

Note - HTML is NOT PROGRAMMING.

Programming would be actual script-writing like PHP, .NET.

Regardless of what WYSIWYG editor you use, the tag for links does NOT change - it's always going to be <a href="xxxx.html">link</a>
