I have tested my forms in IE, Firefox, Opera & Netscape on Windows and it displays perferctly. However, Firefox and Safari on a MAC doesn't display it properly. I have validated my CSS and HTML but it doesnt change anything. Any ideas?

What does it do specifically? (Ideally, a screen capture would help.) Some of us don't use MACs so we wouldn't be able to replicate the issue.

(Especially since your site seems to be down right now.)

See attachment.

The form is pushed to the right of the page (i.e. not sitting within the brown paper background)

Did you try setting the width of the input boxes using CSS?

<input style="width: 200px;" ... />

It looks ok in firefox on the mac it's just safari.
If you just add a

td {
text-align:left;
}

to that page and - cols="size here" - into the <textarea cols="size here"></textarea>

this should solve the problem.

sorry. i'm not sure if cols="#" validates.
