Hi.

I have a problem - my site, http://www.raparcade.com has so far only been designed to work in Firefox. However, I am working on a stylesheet for Internet Explorer. The problem is, that my unordered lists (for which I have used type="none") display bullet points in Internet Explorer, which I don't want.

Any solutions?

Thanks!

Well, the first problem is you have no DOCTYPE, so IE is going to operate in Quirks mode - not what you want. Add a valid DOCTYPE.

The proper rule for list type is not 'type = none" it is list-style: none. You can't make up your own rules.

You're also getting float drop in IE, that green right column is dropping below your center content area.

I thought "Quirks" was the only mode IE ever worked in?

Well... technically not.. lol. You can put IE into 'standards' mode -- it's just MS's version and therein lies the headaches
