Yeah, I'll have to agree with going the easy route. You could use code like:
<div style="background-image:url('myImage.jpg')>Text Here</div>
Even better if you give the div an ID and set up a styling rule that holds the image. Or, if you want to use fancy text, you could make the text itself part of the image with software like The Gimp. But that's not recommended, because the search bots can't read it.
