Sure. Dreamweaver and Front Page are a lot more similar than different. Html is as close as there is to a universal language for the web, and both DW/FP are html editors. You can write a page with one ( or neither ) and edit it in the other. Sometimes there are some problems if one uses some obscure code the other doesn't understand, but in general it's not much of a problem.

Using two different pages in a site is even less of a challenge. You don't have to worry about Microsoft rendering CSS in funny ways, or anything like that, because it sounds like you're building a new page.

Once your site is up on the web, it really doesn't matter what program you used to create it.

WHY would you mix the two ?? Forms work the same way in both programs.

Perhaps it's because (s)he wants to use FrontPage extensions to process the form, or because FrontPage and ASP are MS products. I'm just guessing, though.

The answer is "yes, you can". Now...if you're planning on using FP extensions, be warned that they do drain a server in terms of resources and will cause you problems as your site grows.
