Text area in internet explorer is showing only vertical bar but in firefox it shows both horizontal bar and vertical bar. I dont want Horizontal bar. I used "wrap=physical" also but it does not work. Pls help.

wrap is NOT an official W3C attribute so it may work or it may not

the "physical" property was a Netscape proposed (and abandoned) property as was "virtual"

wrap="hard | soft | off" should work in NS and IE but don't rely on them working in any other browser.
