Hi, I have a shed-load of code errors that are all about the same thing and i can't figure out what the problem is - could someone please explain?

1. Error Line 5 column 22: invalid comment declaration: found name character outside comment but inside comment declaration.<!--------------------- Head --------------------> ✉
2. Info Line 5 column 0: comment declaration started here.<!--------------------- Head -------------------->
3. Error Line 5 column 24: character data is not allowed here.<!--------------------- Head -------------------->

Comments should be just <!--dddddd--> The validator upchucks over all those additional dashes
