Can anyone tell me how i can make it that when someone clicks the a picture it will bring up outlook or other with my email address in it.

I am using dreamweaver 8

use a href with a mailto: link

<a href="mailto:me@somewhere.com"><img src="/blah.jpg" alt="blah blah"/></a>

I wouldn't use that method - unless you LIKE a lot of SPAM in your mailbox
Better to use a contact FORM or an un-spammable email link (requires a bit of javascript).

Agree with LadynRed -- why use that old method to attract SPAM, when you can use a contact form where you won't get SPAM?
