Sorry if this is not in the correct place it is my first post
I have built myself an enter page for my forum web site and I want to add a link page where people can submit their URL to my site. I have researched this on numerous occasions over the past few weeks and cannot find a "dummies" way to do this. Does anyone know of a straight talking tutorial that might help me install a form?

Thank you for your kind words to people who want to help you. It was not answer but a question about your requirement. If you mean, link exchange management you can use sites like link manager.
