you have way too many nouseful stuff that slows your website down. Try to get rid of the things that your user wont need.

Try not the use frames, search engine spiders do not like frames unless you know the secrete.. But your site is not google bot friendly. Check here to see, your page print out as unreadable to the search engine simulator spider. To learn how to optimize your site, used tables is the easiest way, use CSS is the best way. Seo your site also, find out how
