I used to use Opera but I switched to Firefox because Gmail didn't work very well in Opera. But all the same, Opera got my vote. I wouldn't know about the "Netscarps" bit, but I DO know about the "IEcarps". Always ruins my design.

I never understood why anyone really used IE, except to check browser compatibility for the very few who still do. Firefox is my fix, but there are tons of better (and lighter) browsers out there. And what's more, from a developer's point of view, they tend to agree with one another.

Sometimes, while designing, I have to literally look for IE on my computer. And begrudgingly at that. In fact, I'm even looking for an open-source windows replacement and fully complete the move from an identification with MS. Any ideas?
