Trouble with form input variables

I've created a form for my client on this page: Reservation page

I've told the form to send the details to an address on a different server, but when I click submit, I get the following message from my cgi-bin: Sorry I can't send to info@example.com. Is info@example.com on this server ?

The form goes to the site's actual email address without a hitch, but won't go to one on a different server.

If you have the time, please have a look at the page: http://www.baan-napoli.com/html/reservation.html - submit a test form and have a look at the page that comes up.

I've never had this problem before - I've done the same thing on many websites.

Any help would be most appreciated.
