I have always liked pages that have a frame. How do I create one? I know some html but I have no idea how to do frames. Please help. I will be using frontpage 2003. I know there is a frames template called 'contents' that is the one I want to use. When I try to save it to my server it does not work. Please help!!

OK, by frames do you mean like a picture frame.. or actual HTML frames ??
If you're talking about HTML frames, you really don't want to go there, they are not good. They can slow your site down because instead of loading 1 page you're loading 2 or maybe more. People cannot bookmark a framed page because the only thing that gets saved isn't the actual content, and frames are bad for search engines.

I would only use frames in admin areas where seo doesn't matter. Frames Suck. Just look up the iframe or frame tag on some html sites. they are pretty easy.
