Hi,

Ive been trying to update my myspace page with a video i found from myspacetv section within myspace itself, i used the video code (see below) rather than the "add to your profile" selection. Its there, in the right place but as one or two have said above , its not autoplaying which is what i want it to do.

Ive read all the articles linked especially after Brads question earlier on, frankly though, that is far above my knowledge, and ill never understand how to work that.

Could someone please take a look at this video code and tell me what i need to change so that it will play auto please.

are your myspace profile settings set so that videos don't automatically play?

also..just curious why you want auto play?

edit: I tested your code on my computer and I think it's the player you're using. Seems that when you hit the 'play' button inside the viewer is when it goes out and starts streaming the video.

Ive checked in myspace and the only things i can set to autoplay are the song files you can add, i figured that out easy enough, its just the **** video. In the settings for "music and video" all i can find to do with video settings is colour and font colour changes and sizes, thats it.

I'd just like it to autoplay because id like peoples attention drawn to it when they open the page.

I just dont understand when, you search for the topic as i did, to find a relevant video clip to use, and you find it, it autoplays there with the exact same player, clip and everything, but as soon as you add it with the code to your own page, it doesnt. Im at a loss as to why this is such a problem .
