With:

<a href="your_link_URL" style="text-decoration: underline;"> Your_Image_Here </a>

Without:

<a href="your_link_URL" style="text-decoration: none;"> Your_Image_Here </a>

It would be better to use the border: 0; in a centralized CSS file than to add in-line style rules.
