It depends on the kind of video you are embedding.
Flash, RealMedia, Windows Media, Quicktime, generic by mime-type...

Hi there, not quite sure about that.
Currently the videos are in mpg format. I can convert to anything.
Looking for the easiest way and less time to download for the viewer.

Dreamweaver makes this process pretty simple. If you can convert it to an FLV file, and then using Dreamweaver, Insert > Media > Flash. It has pre-made flash players in it, which work great in my experience
