I am a web-designer who will work for free to get a portfolio, as long as the person I work for really knows what they're doing... I know html, and Css sort of, I also know asp.net pretty well. I am an extremely fast learner. Maybe after a while I would like to get payed, but from the start I will be free of charge..
I think that what everyone is trying to say is that people come here to learn and we have all made mistakes on our own work in the past and probably in the future but for someone to give you access to their site resources could be a bit dangerous for them.
I however can always find work for someone that says they want to work for free. PM Sent.
