Ok, so I'm just using HTML kit right now and I have been using brainjars revenge of the menu bar idea for a scroll over drop down horizontal menu bar. I am trying to lock it in place so it does not scroll with the page. The problem I am having is that if I just frames the drop down menu gets cut off (it shows but the frame hides it). I have tried z-index, transparency...and it hasnt worked (unless I am doing it wrong). Does that make sense. If anyone knows a way I can make this work that would be wonderful.
