Im making an offshoot of it, called www.ohioDJlist.com. Basically I want people to be able to sign up, and have their name added to a large poll which will display the top 5 on the main page of the website.

Now, i have absolutely no idea how to do this. I have a pretty good understanding of html, and java... Just dont know if theres a premade code for this out there or not.

Any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

I assume by java... you actually mean javascript

Java and javascript are two totally different things with a common syntax.

Server side code and the use of a database is required to achieve what you are looking to do.
