Hi. I need to know how to create a true frameless pop up window as in this page on the Apple.com site:

http://www.apple.com/imac/design.html

Click on one of the thumbnail images towardsthe top of the page to see a frameless pop up window.

Does anyone know how this is done? Is it Javascript or CSS?

Need help. Thanks.

I would think it's a combination of both javascript and css. JavaScript for the functionality and css for the presentation.
