How can I transform this design into pure XHTML/CSS?

I made this design simple for the plain reason of making it 100% XHTML/CSS.

How would I go on doing this? I have no knowledge in either program. I'm pretty sure I can go by making a very good design though without learning each language 100%, they are simple languages anyways.

http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/1...ostcopyfi7.png is my design.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! I am truly appreciative.

You DO need a firm grasp of HTML.
You DO need a good basic knowledge of CSS even for that design.

XHTML/CSS doesn't mean stripped down design - try looking thru the layouts at www.csszengarden.com and be amazed.

There are two ways of turning that into pure XHTML and CSS and they are:
1. Learn the languages. I agree with LadynRed even that design needs good knowledge.
2. Hire someone to do it for you.

If you want to learn you can easily go to websites like http://www.w3schools.com where you are able to learn more about html & css. However I suggest you buy a nice book, so you can gain a solid foundation. Or you can hire a freelance web developer (link in my signature).

Simple design has nothing to do with XHTML/CSS.

I guess for now just stick with whatever HTML your WYGIWYS codes for you, and get the design right first.

the design is pretty simple, i could do this in notepad in just a few minutes, without even using dreamweaver which would take me even less, but like they said it's not as easy you make it sound. Took me a while to get to where i am in these languages and in others, also if you try to learn something at least learn it right.

Well you only need to put correct HTML code without using any images as u designed the layout.

Better you try in Div.... so that it load fast on the browser.....
