Hi

I know that you can make a ready-made 'click to add to del.ic.ious' link in this format:

http://del.icio.us/post?url=http://www.somesite.com&title=Page%20title%20here&notes=S ome%20descriptive%20text%20here

If you click on a link in that format, those items are pre-entered in del.ic.ious. If you then write in, on the browser toolbar a further part of the string:
&tags=keyword1%20keyword2

and reload, the keywords are entered on the del.ic.ious form too.

However, if you add the same thing &tags= to your URL on a webpage, the tags do not get entered in.(but of course this is when the URL has not changed because they add your user name into the URL)

Just wondering if there is a way round this?

best wishes and thanks

tony
