I have been trying to get this text aligned at the very top underneath the buttons but I can't seem to get it to work.

I used valign="top" but for some reason it doesn't move it all the way, so now theres a giant gap in between.

Heres a link to the page. Text problem.

Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Your TR with your nav buttons in it is set to 89px high, where your nav images are only 24 px high. You've got lots of extra blank space. Reduce that row height.

Dump the tables for layout and learn to use CSS for layout, you'll be glad you did.
