if i have 2 sites A and B. A is the main site, B is the source of an iframe in A, does the BW used in site B have effect on the BW A

It depends on whether or not they are hosted on the same hosting account. If they are, then yes, the traffic on Site A and Site B both push up the bandwidth use. Even though it is loading in an iframe, it is still pulling that page from the server.

Then it would take the bandwidth from the other account.

iFrames are not a way to get around bandwidth, it's just another way to make a web site. It's all the same.
