No, because good traffic exchanges don't exist.

Do the math...for every visitor you get, you send at least one away. That works out to at best a null proposition.

Now are you going to stop looking for shortcuts that don't exist or are you going to keep asking these types of questions? Because you're going to find out in a big hurry (if you're smart) that the answers to your questions, should you keep asking them, are pretty much going to be the same.

If it helps, look at your website like a bucket of water (In reference to link campaigns).

The more inbound links you have the faster the bucket (Your website) fills up, Along with The more Viable the link source is thats pointing to your site the more water it provides.

Outbound links (Holes in your water Bucket - Website) Poor water out to other sites. The more holes you have in your bucket, the more water you must bring in, in order to keep the bucket full and compensate.

Of course the Ultimate goal here is to have Minimal holes (Outbound links) & mass Water spouts (Inbound links) - The more Viable & Relative the better -

So, again looking at exchanging a link for a link - The only way it would be feasible for you is if you exchanged your link with an Industry leader. I think you will find that it's not so easy to do. (Thus more water coming in than going out in the exchange)

Find a niche, set the standard, provide Viable educational content & or solutions. (Just a few examples of what people like to link to)

Good Luck!

lol, I couldn't have put it better myself. Traffic exchanges are a total waste of time. All they do is send your hit counter up with useless traffic that are visiting your website just so that they can earn more traffic exchange credits to get people coming to their site that will then just do that to get more exchange credits, via versa and so on...
