Do you know where I can find people interested in joining this new work from home discussion forum?
My targeted audience is stay-at-home moms, students, freelancers and people interested in making extra income while at home.

There are many existing groups out there where you can post about your board to bring them in. This is a hard market to get a hold of because there are a lot of boards and groups going. There has to be great topics, great info or great ways for them to plug their business or they just don't come back. Check out www.WAHM.com, www.themompack.com to name a few. The Mom Pack currently has about 7000 members.....
