Do you or can you write one article (300 to 800) words about your chosen subject?
Do you have any search terms you want to be found for or rank for?
Are you interested in making money from your site or is it a personal website or blog?
Picking a domain name will depend on your answers to the above questions. And your domain name is one of the most important elements of your site.
Give us a little more information and you will get much more actionable answers and suggestions.
My list would be this:
What is the website purpose, commercial or personal?
What is the topic, tightly focused, only 2 or 3 keywords?
What term or terms do you want to be found for?
Is there a .com, .net or .org domain name available?
What form will the website have, a blog or static HTML content pages?
That will give you a really good start. My suggestion is this: If you can produce a good article and can answer the
questions above then I would buy a domain name and put up a single page site so you can get indexed by the search engines and possibly ranked for your keyword.
Please note that I have left out a lot of the technical details for now. You need to answer the above questions first and then you can decided to hire someone to help you or figure out how to do it yourself.
Good Luck,
Phil
