I'm the co-owner of www.xearn.com. how can I get more visitors or users? can you give me some useful ideas?

Adsense with key phrases/words like "make money online", "Biz opp", etc. Partner with sites of similar content. Maybe even try to get one of the programs to sponsor you.

Get more links pointing towards your site..

The more links you have pointing to your site from other sites the higher your PageRank will be on Google (if you have listed your site) then you should get more visitors once your PageRank is higher

You promote and you promote.. every day, on message boards and trough mailing lists.
I use several programs in my daily promotion work.
Like the Adblaster, send out your email to 2,5million people everyday. Spam free, because its webmsaters like you and me that receive the emails...

There are allot of options..
