I haven't used either, but I'm usually not a big fan of commercial seo tools. I think they can have their uses, but there's a tendency to take their advice without question.
I am a fan of automating what can be automated, but I think the majority of features in the two applications you link two can be freely found elsewhere.
Keep in mind I haven't used either of the above and can't really speak to them directly, but before purchasing seo software ask yourself specifically what you're hoping it will do. If you're looking for the software to optimize your site for you then you shouldn't buy the software. Software won't do that for you. If there's a part of your seo process you'd like to automate and you find software that does automate that process then your purchase may be justified, though again look for free options first or try the trial download first if offered.
