I am a budding SEO consultant looking to employ some freelancers to distribute my work.
But the problem I have here is, if i train them up they might want to start business on thier own.
I was wondering if I should employ them or work on projects alone.
If employ them how will I get work done from them without they learning too much for them to start on thier own.
I am confused.

I just work with people I trust.

If you're showing them how to do SEO, and they have even the slightest of interest, they will figure out how to do it without you.

Thank a lot.
If i dont let them know what exactly to and maybe i will put one guy on one job and not letting him know the exact stuff.
For example:
one person will be employed just for contacting webmasters (i will give him the list of sites) and requesting for links. I will not tell him what anchor text to use and why I have used that anchor text. I will not even tell him on what grounds I am selecting the relevant websites. I shall not even tell him how pagerank works.
The main problem I have here is, being in India SEO is not very common and the scope is very high therefore the chances of my staff double crossing me and starting on thier own is high.
Is it possible to sign a contract with them wherein they cannot start a simillar business on thier own.
How many staff do you operate with and what are thier duties and how do you distribute your work?
Please help me out I shall be obliged to you for life.
