Are you sure there is a demand for the service you're offering? Also, other companies like vtc, oreilly and lynda look very polished - can you compete with them?
If you are interested in search engine traffic, I think you're missing a big opportunity by embedding the text in your free course in that flash demo. Could you have a transcibed version to potentially capture some search phrases?
On the subject of the demo: I would think about spicing it up a little. When I started the demo, I put my head phones on, but there was no sound. Do any of the courses have narration? I think you will have a hard job selling your courses if they don't have somebody presenting the material. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you research what other people are offering. There are free trials at lynda etc.
There are other things about your site that need tidying up that at the moment give a bad impression:
http://www. learningsteps.com/admin.htm - the menu breaks in firefox
On this page you can buy full access for $59 whereas on the home page you can buy it for $39
Obviously, these are redundant points if you aren't getting any traffic though...

If you think that visitors to that high traffic site will be interested in your courses I would say give it a try and monitor the results.
