We need to get into the Rich Media AD Serving business. We have the business model ready.

On the technical front [on the server side] what do we need to buy/ lease or contract that will alow us to do that.

Is there a reliable AD serving company that can provide us with solutions related to AD SERVING aand Tracking.

if you have a developer, then you can install openads, its free.

or you can hire companies like doubleclick.com...

just google for ad server, there are lots of them

Yeah it should be free-
I would check out doubleclick and/or < removed PPP URL >
depending on your ad serving preference, both, of which are free.
